Square medal representing two men named: A.PORTOIS. and A.FIX their portrait is very finely crafted. On the other side a staircase decoration framed by a library corridor with a name certainly of a firm or laboratory P.SACRESTE and two dates 1881 and 1891. We have not discovered the story of these two brave people. Maybe you will recognize them?
The whole thing measures 3 centimeters by 3 centimeters on sides or 1,181 inches / 1.181 inches on each side.
The original box is patinated but still in very good condition.
There are intertwined initials at one angle on the side of the portraits a capital S and a capital A at the opposite corner of the bail or hanging ring.
