AUGIS-Antique ring diamonds rubies yellow gold
Antique AUGIS ring in 750/1000 (18K) yellow gold. The oval tray is surrounded by a laurel wreath on a sandblasted gold background. It is decorated with the famous extract from Rosemonde Rostand's poem "+ qu'hier - que demain". Five small pink diamonds enhance the "+" and two synthetic rubies the "-". The ring is delicately fluted and hallmarked Eagle's Head and Augis hallmark. French work, probably from the 1930s.
Condition: beautiful condition of preservation of the details of the gold work, some fine scratches on the ring plate, patina of the gold.
