In 18k yellow gold, centered with a cameo on carnelian representing a young girl in profile on the right, decorated with a pearl necklace and a flower above the ear.
Her hair, raised, is held in place by a ribbon. THE cameo is set on a scalloped and openwork basket with scrolls, itself resting on a sided ring.
French work, maker's mark.
Diameter of cameo : approximately 11 mm.
Ring size : 53-54 (editable).

The subject of cameo, the way in which it is treated and the assembly of the ring, lead me to believe that the ring and the cameo are not from the 19th century, but rather from the 20th century.
