This badge is reserved for Air France cabin crew (PNC) who have completed 10,000 flight hours.
The winged horse with a dragon's tail is the former emblem of the airline, also called a hippocampus and affectionately nicknamed "La Crevette" (The Shrimp).
The horse's head, bird's wings, and fish's tail respectively evoke power, speed, and the seaplane.
