Vintage necklace composed of a pendant in silver-gilt (silver gold plated) from the end of the 19th century, decorated with Bressan enamels mounted on an 18K gold ball chain.
The pendant is decorated with Bressan enamel, it was made in France, in Bourg-en-Bresse, in the second half of the 19th century.
Bressan enamel is a traditional French manufacture from the town of Bourg-en-Bresse in Ain. This is a technique that allows you to add gold flakes to enhance the shine and colors of the enamel.
The enamel of the pendant is in perfect condition, it has no chips or scratches.
