Antique marquise ring in solid 18 carat 750 thousandths pink gold, trace of eagle's head guarantee hallmark (partially erased when polishing the ring). 19th century Victorian French work. Navette-shaped bezel, finely openwork, centered with a faceted diamond-shaped synthetic sapphire of a beautiful blue color, bezel-set. Around it, sixteen fine half pearls in a bezel-set. The tray is bordered below by a pierced gold gallery.

Very good overall condition. The sapphire has some discreet scratches. Traces of use on some pearls. Solid and round ring with a small narrowing on the back. Ring checked/polished by my jeweler. It is a very beautiful ring, elegant and full of charm.
