Champagne 18-carat gold ring (halfway between yellow gold and rose gold), openwork and adorned with 6 brilliant-cut diamonds and 3 synthetic rubies. Synthetic ruby, first produced at the beginning of the 20th century thanks to the Verneuil process, experienced particular growth during the Art Deco period. Its bright color and purity make it a highly prized material among jewelers. In the 1920s-1930s, it was widely used to create geometric motifs emblematic of the Art Deco style. French work from the 1930s/1940s, eagle's head hallmark.
