Very good condition, the stones are of very small inclusion (VS) purity and G color (extra white). This pretty old brooch in two 18 carat golds set with 3 diamonds of 0.05 carat as well as 3 pearls of 4.15 mm in diameter and a cabochon sapphire of 3.10 mm.
