18-carat yellow gold pendant adorned with a gadroon crown on the front only. The delicately chiseled and embossed flat-back pendant reveals the external design. The back of the medal is unengraved.
The medallion is decorated in its center with two deep blue sapphires in claw setting and a cultured pearl giving shine and softness to the whole.
The pendant is closed and opened by a small ring and rod that slides inside. Closes perfectly.
