Its creator Alphonse Augis, grandson of the founder of the Maison, then had the idea of transcribing the verses of a famous poem by Mrs. Rosemonde Rostand entitled "Les Vieux" dating from 1889, a true declaration of love to her husband Edmond Rostand.
