Elegant necklace by Lebanese designer Melkon Hagopian in 18K white gold, consisting of a double-row chain holding a spiral-shaped pendant set with 29 diamonds (approximately 0.60ct, G/VS) and a 13mm Tahitian pearl.
Beautiful anthracite gray orient for the pearl.
