Vintage heart shaped ring with finely detailed diamonds and sapphires, crafted in 18k yellow gold (circa 1960s).
The cabochon cut sapphire measures 10.5mm x 8.5mm. The full and single cut diamonds total approximately 2.50 carats (IJ color and SI1-I1 clarity). The sapphire is in good condition (some minor surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).
Big and bold, the cocktail ring makes a statement on the hand! The pavé diamonds sparkle, with a cabochon sapphire perched in the center. Measuring 1 1/4 inches, the ring takes up a significant amount of space on the finger and you won't miss it! If you love big cocktail rings, this one is for you.
