Pretty beaded and openwork frame on the back in the shape of juxtaposed hearts. A gemological expertise is provided to attest to the nature of the main stone: natural sapphire.

Condition: good general condition, a few micro scratches to the main stone, a few micro dents to the diamonds, small traces of restoration on the setting, visible under a x10 magnifying glass.
