Your customer account is your personal space on the site 58 Facettes. You can log in with your email address and password registered when creating your account. A customer account is recommended to place an order. Via your dashboard on the customer account, you can track your current orders and manage your personal and profile information (email address, password, postal address).
Go to the account creation page. Fill in your information (first name, last name, email address, password). Click on “Create”. That’s it, your registration is complete! You can now place an order.
You can view your past orders by clicking on "My Orders" in the "BUY" section of the main menu. A list of your previous orders will be displayed, including details such as order number, product purchased, amount paid, and order status (Paid, Shipping, Delivery).
Each order has a progress line showing its current status: Paid, Shipped, or Delivered. You can track the progress of your order by viewing this progress line below each order's details.
You can view the full details of each order by clicking on "Order details" next to the relevant order in the "My Orders" section. Here you will find information such as the total price, seller, shipping address, billing address, and shipping details.
To track the delivery of your order, go to the details of the order in question and click on "Order details". You will find a tracking link under the "Shipping" section which will allow you to track your package.
If you have a problem or need assistance with an order, you can click on the "Request Help" button located to the right of the relevant order details. You will be redirected to a page where you can contact customer service.
Yes, for each order, an "Order details" button is available. By clicking on it, you will be able to see all the detailed information related to the order, including the products ordered, the price, and the delivery information.
If you want to sell your own jewelry, you can switch to seller mode by clicking "Switch to seller mode" in the "SELL" section of the main menu.
My Offers: Click on “My Offers” to see all the special offers available to you.
My wishlist: You can access your wishlist by clicking on “My wishlist”.
Access your wishlist by clicking on "My wishlist" in the menu. Here you can see all the products you have saved. You have the option to "Make a price offer" or add the items directly to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart".
In the "My Offers" section, you can track the status of your offers on different products. The statuses can indicate whether your offer has been rejected, accepted, or expired. If your offer has been accepted, you can complete the purchase by clicking "Buy Now". The discount code corresponding to your accepted offer will be automatically applied at the time of purchase. If your offer has been rejected or expired, you have the option to make a new offer or to immediately purchase the product at the displayed price by clicking "Buy Now".
You can manage your profile and personal information by clicking on "My Profile" in the "ACCOUNT" section of the main menu. Here you can update your personal information, addresses, and account preferences.
In the "My Address Book" section, you can view and manage your shipping and billing addresses. You can edit an existing address by clicking "Edit" under the address in question. You can also delete addresses if they are no longer needed.
To log out of your account, simply click "Log Out" at the bottom of the "ACCOUNT" section of the main menu.
