- Chaque commande est vérifiée par notre atelier. Dans de rares cas, il est possible que la mise à taille demandée ne soit finalement pas possible. Le cas échéant, la commande sera annulée et vous serez intégralement remboursé sauf contre-indication de votre part.
- Il est également possible de réaliser une mise à taille sur les bagues de marque, mais cela peut effacer la signature de la marque. Il n'est donc pas recommandé de procéder ainsi.
- Veuillez prévoir un délai supplémentaire de 5 à 7 jours ouvrés pour la mise à taille de votre bague.
