Edmond Becker, born in Paris (1871-1971), was originally a sculptor, whose talent in the art of the medal can be admired.
From the age of twenty, he participated in the Salon des Artistes Français in the “sculpture” section; but it was in 1900 that he became known by winning the gold medal in the stand of Boucheron.
Subsequently, Edmond Becker devoted himself exclusively to the medal of which he was the great specialist on the Paris market.
