Belle Époque engagement ring in 18Kt yellow gold and platinum adorned in its center with an old-cut diamond, weighing approximately 0.20 Ct, in a first surround of old-fashioned and rose-cut diamonds (for a total weight estimated at approximately 0.20 Ct) and a second surround of rubies (of which the total weight is estimated at approximately 0.55 Ct).
