Pair of old sleeper earrings in solid 18-carat (750 thousandths) pink gold, eagle's head hallmark and master goldsmith's diamond hallmark. French Victorian work from the end of the 19th century, Napoleon III period. Each decorated with a scarab in black opaque glass paste. Split attachment system, which slips through the back of the ear.
