How do you know if a ring can be resized?

At the house of 58 Facettes, We take care of resizing the ring of your choice! Our resizing is carried out by our Parisian workshops, including specialists in antique jewelry for over 20 years, in accordance with the respect and tradition of jewelry know-how.  

You don't know your size/Ring size ?

There are several options available to you:

• You can consult our size guide online and print it from home (making sure the page scaling is set to "none")
• You also have the possibility to ask us for a ring sizer which we will send for free so that you can easily measure your ring size at the maison. 
• Finally, you can come directly to our Showroom, located at 15 Rue Vignon, 75008 Paris, so that our advisors can estimate your Ring size.

Which rings are affected by resizing?

Each order is checked by our workshop. In rare cases, it is possible that the requested resizing is ultimately not possible. In this case, the order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded unless you indicate otherwise.

The vast majority of rings are eligible for resizing, except for multi-rings or very wide rings, rings set around their entire circumference as well as certain jewelry. branded where this would involve removing the signature of the maison, where it is not recommended to do so.

Also, it should be noted that for eligible rings, a enlargement or reduction of up to three sizes, so as not to damage the jewel.

What are the timeframes for a size adjustment? 

For quotes, we will provide you with an estimate within 24-48 hours after your request. Then, please plan in general an additional period of 5 to 7 working days for the resizing of your ring in our partner workshops.

Is it possible to return a ring that has already been sized? 

A resizing is a customization. Therefore, you will no longer be able to return the ring if it does not suit you. We recommend that you first order the ring to make sure that you really like it, before carrying out any workshop work.

How do I find out the cost of resizing the desired ring?

How do I pay for my size adjustment?
