18k (750°/°°) gold and diamond watch, circa 1970. The case is rectangular in shape with rounded edges and the horns are enhanced with modern cut diamonds of excellent quality. The original strap is made of black leather and its size is adjustable. The 18k gold pin buckle is branded Boucheron and numbered. ETA 2442 hand-wound mechanical movement, gold dial branded Boucheron. The back of the case is branded Boucheron Paris and is numbered. French work from the 1970s. Presence of the eagle's head hallmark for 18 carat gold and the manufacturer's hallmark.
