Oval-shaped opening medallion in 18Kt yellow gold (hallmark: ET) decorated with geometric patterns set with lines of turquoise and diamonds.
The turquoises are cut into sugar loaves, and the diamonds into pink.
The total weight of the diamonds is estimated at approximately 0.15 Ct.
