Old ring in 18Kt yellow gold and platinum, the center of which is decorated with an amethyst weighing approximately 2.20 Cts, in an entourage of 12 old-fashioned cut diamonds.

Condition: very light micro scratches on the gold and platinum, and very slight abrasion of the amethyst, see photos.
