- This old bracelet has 8 medallions decorated with Florentine micro-mosaics, separated by hinges topped with articulated gold pearls. The micro-mosaics represent bouquets of flowers, each composed of turquoise, agate, mother-of-pearl, carnelian... The clasp is located in one of the hinges in the removable barrette which closes the jewel.
