The house’s “Plant” exhibition Chaumet
From June 16 to September 4, 2022, the VÉGÉTAL exhibition, the school of Beauty, hosted by the House, is held Chaumet at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. An exhibition open to all!
An exceptional plant trail
An exceptional botanical exhibition of more than 400 works of art, from all periods, composed of paintings, sculptures, photographs as well as numerous designer pieces. But the pillars of this exhibition are the 80 exceptional pieces exhibited throughout. Inspired by the different plant species present in the house's creations since 1780, a real balance of power with nature took place in the exhibition. Divided over two floors, a large number of rooms will take you on an intense emotional, multi-sensory journey, through the forest, the algae, the reeds, the cereals and of course the flowers.
The VEGETAL exhibition magnificently links botanical scientists, artists and jewelry. For the jewelry part, it is not enough to allow you to admire pieces of Chaumet but also pays homage to the great names in jewelry who knew how to highlight nature as Lalique or Vever for the best known.
It deserves to be visited in order to pay tribute to these two years of hard work and the mobilization of multiple public-private lenders such as the Louvre Museum, the British Museum and the Albion Art Collection in Tokyo.
