Exhibitionn “Minerals: collectibles”

The exhibition takes place from September 6, 2023 to March 9, 2024 at the Mineralogy Museum of Mines Paris - PSL, located in the heart of the Paris School of Mines.
As part of the celebrations of the 230th anniversary of the collection of the Mineralogy Museum of Mines, it traces the way in which this quite remarkable collection was put together. 
Among the pieces exhibited and beyond the sometimes spectacular specimens of mineralogy, one can notably admire the crown jewels which were saved from the 1887 auction, the forty-five emeralds of the coronation crown of Napoleon III, as well as the topazes purchased by Nitot to create a jewel for Empress Marie-Louise. Real historical jewels!

Exposure " Chaumet, Golden age"

From October 5 to November 5, the House Chaumet will present its new installation Un Âge d’Or: 1965-1985, in its historic salons at 12 Vendôme in Paris.

Exhibition “Stage jewelry from the Comédie-Française”

From October 6, 2023 to February 4, 2024, the École des Arts Joailliers, partner of the Comédie-Française, presents an exhibition of jewelry stage worn by famous actors and actresses such as Talma, Rachel and Sarah Bernhardt. 
This exhibition traces the history of stage jewelry since the 18th century and highlights the sumptuousness of these objects, often made from non-precious materials but with jewelry know-how. In addition to jewelry, the exhibition also includes paintings, drawings and manuscripts. A real dive into a great era and colorful figures.

Exhibition “Secrets of jewelry”

Since contemporary jewelry is the vintage jewelry of tomorrow, we invite you to discover the underside of jewelry creation and French know-how: after Bordeaux and Lyon in 2018 and 2019, the “Secrets of jewelry” exhibition will be held from November 10 to 19, 2023 at the Réfectoire des Cordeliers in Paris and is organized by thehe professional committee for economic development of Francavenir.
For 9 days, the exhibition highlights the world of  jewelry, from their design to their realization, as well as a collection of stones. The objective of this exhibition is to introduce visitors, young and old, to this fascinating subject, in a fun and immersive format. The exhibition is divided into three parts: the creation, manufacturing and finally the wearing of jewelry.
Even before this date, you will also be able to admire the creativity of contemporary jewelry through the Jewel Journey in Paris, from October 2 to 29, 2023 with nearly 50 events in the capital to celebrate the contemporary jewelry.
